The Innovation Centre, at the centre of Manchester Science Park is a concrete framed, BREEAM Excellent building providing office and low level laboratory accommodation over four floors set around a central atrium, as well as café and restaurant facilities, a gym, with meeting, conferencing and networking spaces.

Supply of precast building frame components to suit the building’s unique trapezium plan form including 235 beam and column components using the ‘Invisible Connection’ jointing system.
