The largest application of ABM’s new Diaphragm Formwork System (DFS) forms part of the new Bletchley Flyover, where East West Rail crosses the West Coast Mainline. The system provides a vertical permanent formwork solution between prestressed beams to form the front face of the in-situ cast diaphragm. ABM manufactured and delivered over 3,500 tonnes of precast concrete to East West Rail Alliance’s Bletchley Flyover Reconstruction project.
