02 Mar: Deep water challenge – Oikos Jetty

  Working closely with leading civil engineering contractor BAM, ABM has recently completed manufacture and delivery of thirty bespoke precast concrete deck sections weighing over 430 tonnes. The precast units will form the deck platform for a new deep water jetty capable of servicing ships up to 120,000 tonnes delivering bulk jet fuel to Oikos Storage Ltd’s Canvey Island facility

02 Mar: Manhattan Gate Bridge – 82 Tonne Precast Pier Units

ABM Precast Solutions recently delivered the first precast components for the new Manhattan Gate Bridge in Middlesbrough. The two 82 tonne precast central pier units were successfully installed on to tubular steel pile foundations in the entrance to the Middlehaven Dock next to the town’s the Riverside Stadium by main contractor, Balfour Beatty. 10 Nov: ABM Culverts on site

The latest output from ABM’s extended culvert production facility was recently installed on the A45 Daventry Development Northern Link Road. The 38.0m long 3.0m x 2.0m culvert will sit below a 5.5m x 5.5m Portal Frame access underpass beneath the new carriageway.
