Olympic Stadium Transformation, London

Following the 2012 London Olympics, the main stadium was transformed to host events such as the 2015 Rugby World Cup and rock concerts before West Ham United made it their home. The transformation relied extensively on precast concrete for a new access concourse, ticket hall and retail facilities.

The Hub Building, Manchester Science Park

The Innovation Centre, at the centre of Manchester Science Park is a concrete framed, BREEAM Excellent building providing office and low level laboratory accommodation over four floors set around a central atrium, as well as café and restaurant facilities, a gym, with meeting, conferencing and networking spaces.

A41/A4031 Junction Grade Separation, West Bromwich

£14.3m scheme in West Bromwich to convert the junction between the A41 and A4031 into a grade separated interchange. The scheme included construction of an underpass formed between secant pile walls, two road over-bridges and a footway bridge. Precast concrete panels were used to clad the 630m of secant pile walls.

Leeds Station Southern Entrance

Construction of a £17.3M new entrance to Leeds railway station to give access for over 20,000 passengers a day from the city’s rapidly expanding waterfront area. The building is constructed over the River Aire on two piers created using unique precast concrete units placed under water.
